Traditional Barrel-Brewed Soy Sauce – 130ml

Cinwaan Traditional Barrel-Brewed Soy Sauce is made on the Gold Coast using only four simple ingredients: Australian soybeans, Australian wheat, sea salt and water.

Following traditional brewing methods, the soy sauce is naturally fermented and aged in wooden barrels for more than 550 days. Over time, the soybeans and wheat slowly transform through fermentation, developing natural umami, aroma, gentle sweetness and a rounded saltiness.

It is made to enhance food — adding depth, balance and savoury complexity without overpowering the ingredients.

No colouring. No flavour enhancers. No preservatives. No shortcuts.
 

How to use:
* Drizzle over avocado, tomatoes or fresh vegetables
* Use with sashimi, dumplings or steamed fish
* Finish steak, grilled fish or roasted vegetables
* Add to fried eggs, rice, noodles or pasta
* Use in marinades, dressings and dipping sauces
