CINWAAN SOY SAUCE

The Meaning Behind 「辛鮮」
The name 「辛鮮」(San Sin) carries two meanings.
辛 (Sin) refers to spice, warmth and chilli heat.
鮮 (Sin) refers to savoury depth — the ability to bring out and enhance the natural flavour of food.
Together, 「辛鮮」 represents the idea behind our chilli oil:
Not just heat for the sake of heat, but a chilli oil designed to lift the aroma, umami and character of whatever you add it to.
It also plays on the sound of the Chinese word 「新鮮」(San Sin), meaning fresh and vibrant — reflecting the way a spoonful of chilli oil can instantly bring food to life.

Canton-Style XO Chilli Oil
Our Canton-Style XO Chilli Oil is inspired by Cantonese XO sauce and made with slow-fried garlic, dried scallop, dried prawn, shrimp paste and chilli.
It is rich, savoury and full of umami — made to lift noodles, eggs, dumplings, rice, seafood and grilled meats without overpowering them.
