- Shoyu/Soy Sauce How to Cook 1. Tenderize the Pork Chop: Use the back of a knife to chop and massage the pork chop to soften it.

2. Marinate the Pork Chop: Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the pork chops and massage well for 1 minute. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare the Spring Onion Soy Sauce Oil: Dice the spring onions and shallots. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and fry the shallots and the white parts of the spring onions.
