Finally I am in the right time right zone that allows me to start blogging my soy sauce journey, its all begins from 2017. A simple question suddenly came into my mind. How was the soy sauce taste like back in thousand years ago?
This small seed of an idea sparked my curiosity to learn more about soy sauce. The more I learn, the more I find it intriguing how soy sauce evolved from a few basic elements into a complex flavorful compound.
It is much more intricate than just the "Black salty liquid" that i have been mistaken for all my life.
While the soy sauce takes its time to mature, I want to be able to share what I've learned so far about this essential ingredients of our daily lives.
