After the few rounds of deep dive testing,
I have made a slightly bigger extraction from the first soy sauce barrel and hope to send to a few friends to test it out. I really hope the quality are more or less stable.
Here i am filtering the the soy sauce that has been slowly extracted for 4 days and further matured, before going through a slow filleting. ensure all unwanted tastes are filtered out and leave only the pure goodness.
This is also the very first bottle in Australia that i put my label on it。Finally can see this label back on the bottle since after Hong Kong.
This bottle will send out to a special person for tasting。Can't wait to see what they think。
